Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and participation in training courses offered by VoltEdge Learning LLC (“VoltEdge Learning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website. By booking a course, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent automatically upon successful payment.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
3. Course Booking and Scheduling
- Selection and Confirmation: Customers may select from available time slots listed on each course page. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.
- Unless otherwise specified:
- Rescheduling and Cancellation by Customer:
- You may reschedule or cancel your booking at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled course start time.
- Requests made within 72 hours of the course start time will not be eligible for rescheduling or cancellation, except in cases of documented emergencies.
- Cancellation or Rescheduling by VoltEdge Learning:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In cases of cancellation, affected customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

- Unless otherwise specified:
- Eligibility:
- Cancellations made 3 or more days before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Processing: Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Taxes and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

5. Custom Course Requests
- Customers may request custom training courses not listed in our standard catalog.
- A free consultation will be scheduled with a VoltEdge Learning representative to discuss the scope, content, and delivery of the requested course.
- These Terms apply equally to custom courses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Communications and Notifications
- VoltEdge Learning will post updates regarding course availability, scheduling, and new offerings on our official social media channels.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor these channels for the latest information.
7. Data Privacy and Security
- Personal Information: We collect only the necessary personal information (e.g., name, email address) required to process your booking and issue invoices.
- Use of Data: Your information will not be used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
- Payment Information: We do not store or process any payment card information. All transactions are handled securely by Stripe.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
