VoltEdge Learning is seeking motivated and talented individuals to apply for trainer positions specializing in Microsoft services!
At VoltEdge Learning, we’re passionate about empowering professionals through world-class training in Microsoft technologies. We’re currently seeking driven, knowledgeable trainers to join our growing team.
As a VoltEdge Trainer, you will use your expertise in Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Power Platform to provide high-quality training to professionals across various industries. Your main role is to support learners in improving their skills and help them acquire knowledge and techniques that are directly applicable to their work.

– Share deep knowledge of Microsoft services in clear, accessible ways
– Support learners in applying new skills directly to their day-to-day work

Job Description
- Conduct training sessions on how to use and apply Microsoft products
(e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure) - Create and update training materials
- Provide instruction and support based on the learners’ level of understanding
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and collect feedback
- Promote courses and recruit participants
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- For non-native speakers, TOEIC scores of Speaking: 190/200 +
Writing: 180/200 (or higher), or equivalent qualification – Essential
- For non-native speakers, TOEIC scores of Speaking: 190/200 +
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. MCT, MOS, Azure-related certifications) – Not essential, but preferred
- Japanese Speaking Ability (JLPT N2 certification or above) – Not essential, but preferred
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft products
- High IT literacy or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Practical experience in the education or IT industry
- Presentation or training experience
- Understanding of data, cloud, and AI concepts

Work location, conditions, and hours
- Full-time employment
- Office Location: Ishikawa Prefecture, Kahoku City
- Remote work possible once familiar with the role (some in-office work may be required depending on tasks)
- Standard working hours:
- Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(subject to adjustment based on events or requests)
- Weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
