From starting off in retail to teaching English as a foreign language in Japan, Josh’s journey has rewarded him with a variety of skills and experience that can be used in almost any environment. However, none were as rewarding to him as improving his IT knowledge and using what he knows to teach others, culminating in his position as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at “VoltEdge Learning” in Japan.

Josh’s position at VoltEdge Learning enables him to give clients the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully use Microsoft products and services in the business environment. His methods incorporate a mixture of interactivity, fun, and professionalism, resulting in a unique learning experience that anyone can enjoy.

On his journey, he also gained some Japanese language skills, enabling him to expand his horizons beyond the restriction of English-speaking countries. Moving forward, he has dedicated himself to continue his journey of expanding his knowledge and skills to help others in the IT industry.
